Dress: Thrifted

Shoes: Army & Navy

Just gonna come out here and say I have a hard time with summer clothing. I miss blazers. I miss sweaters. Dresses are cute but you can wear them in all seasons. I’m so sweaty.

Dude, your nail game is on point. Show me your ways.

@Anonymous

Thanks. I eat a good stronk vegan diet and put hardening varnish on a lot. and it’s sunny, my nails always grow a lot in the sun.

Working farming isn’t the most stylish of times but it’s been the first warm day where I was able to where these comfortable and frumpy but oddly flattering jean shorts I got a few weeks ago. They are great. They will probably be in most outfit pics for the next while that aren’t ones I forgot about.

Sorry to the followers of this blog about not posting any outfit pictures recently. I’ve been so busy! I will try harder in the future, but all I’ve been wearing has been this for the past few weeks but with different shirts.

Do you still plan on posting more of your outfits on here? They are so good!

@Anonymous

yeah, I’ve just been so busy with my life that I can barely even take selfies. Sorry! I’ll try and take some before I wither away haha

What kind of music do you listen to?

@Anonymous

the question should almost be what don’t I listen to. uhmmmmm… I guess my most listened to genres are like art-rock, alternative, indie, alt-pop, soul, northern soul, garage (original and new!), emo, rockabilly, dream pop, synth pop, new wave, new folk, most sort of rock related sub-genres… yeah, I like most genres, there are a lot I can’t describe either, like I even like ambient, I listen to a lot of Brian Eno’s ambient stuff which is great. I don’t listen to a lot of classical, edm, techno, reggae, new-country, traditional folk, dance, top 40 or slow tempo singer song writer. I used to be into musicals, j-pop/k-pop and soundtrack stuff a lot more but now  I’m not so much all though I can enjoy it. I like music that I can tap my feet too or has interesting lyrics, vocals or techniques. I work at a record store and have a lot of friends who are in bands or own labels so I get introduced to a lot of stuff but I’ve sort of figured out my general areas of favour, like I like a lot of things but passion and sincerity make the most effect on me.like some bands I like are ‘terrible’ but they have emotion and I care about that. I like a lot of normal music, but I also like some weird stuff. I guess it’s hard to describe, which is stereotypical of record store workers from experiences working with them but it’s true.

sorry for the long and complicated answer but for me there is no simple one. my job is to be a pretentious hipster so I have to do my job.
